Tony's in Houston has been in business for more than 50 years, serving up distinguished Italian dishes from a Naples-centric menu. Owner Tony Vallone has received every sitting president since Lyndon B. Johnson to Obama. His restaurant, opened in 1965, helped modernize Italian cuisine in America and brought to Houston the concept of seafood and pasta, which had previously only been a thing on the East Coast.
