Yogurt

Yogurt contains live bacteria cultures, which as you know, are great for gut health, and they also function as a preservative. But just like all living things, they eventually die, which leads to the presence of mold, curdling or an overly water surface. Some yogurts have more liquidy surfaces than others (particularly Greek varieties), but if you notice that there's a lot more liquid than usual, it's probably time to stock up on some fresh packs.
