Kohlrabi
One of the lesser known vegetables on this list, kohlrabi is a highly nutritious cruciferous veggie that can be used in much the same way as cabbage or collard greens. Rich in vitamin C, it helps fend off oxidative stress and boosts your immune system functioning. Kohlrabi also contains a wealth of other antioxidants that reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease, certain cancers and cognitive decline. Its high fiber content also promotes good gut health.
