Whoppers

Everyone's favorite malted, chocolate-covered milk balls were first introduced to Americans in 1949. Originally produced by Leaf Brands, the company was later bought out by The Hershey Company, which still manufactures and distributes them today. Whoppers were originally sold without any wrapping (2 pieces for 1 cent, then 5 pieces for one cent). Its small box and milk carton packaging came later, the latter of which has become a trademark for the brand. You can also get them in fun-size packaging, which is perfect for Halloween.
