Preheat Oven to 350F Prepare the bolognese sauce: saute the chopped onions in oil then add the ground meat
- 1 large cauliflower
- For the white sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper
- For the bolognese sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 onions
- 1 small can of diced tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Can be made in a crock pot and slow simmered all day
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained if not lean
- Olive oil for frying
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can mushroom pieces and stems, or 6-8 fresh mushrooms
- 1 - 2 large cans or jars tomatoes, chopped or pureed
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small can tomato paste
- Hot sauce to taste

- 1 can (48 oz) Tomato juice
- 1 can (26 oz) Chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (7 oz) Tomato paste
- 48 oz Water
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 3 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 2 tbsps Oregano
- 2 tbsps Sugar
- 2 tsps Salt

Cook ground beef and combine with all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil
