Sweet Apple Cinnamon Rolls
1 apple
Pie crust dough
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup almond powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Egg yellow(s)
Milk
1. Halve an apple and slice each half finely.
2. Cut the top of a pie crust to get a straight edge.
3. Spread the brown sugar and almond powder all over the dough.
4. To get the first row, line up the apples in a straight line and cut out the section. Continue until all the dough is all used up.
5. Mix egg yellow and milk and cover each roll with the mixture.
6. If you wish, sprinkle a little extra brown sugar on top of each roll.
7. Bake in the oven for 18 min at 350° F.

- 1 can Orange Frozen Juice concentrate
- 1 can Pineapple Juice
- 2 X 2 litres Soda Water

- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 gloves of garlic,crushed

- 2/3 Cups Extra olive oil
- 10 Cherry tomatoes cut halves
- 1 small Red onion sliced
- 1 small Green pepper chopped finely
- 1/2 Cucumber, slice thin
- 1/2 Cup sliced pitted black olives
- 1/2 Cup of crumbled Feta cheese
Cold Broccoli Salad with Cashews

Combine broccoli, raisins, bacon, cashews and red onions
- 4 cups broccoli - in small pieces
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup bacon - fried & chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup cashews
- ½ cup red onions - chopped
- ¾ cup mayo
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
