Sweet Apple Cinnamon Rolls
1 apple
Pie crust dough
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup almond powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Egg yellow(s)
Milk
1. Halve an apple and slice each half finely.
2. Cut the top of a pie crust to get a straight edge.
3. Spread the brown sugar and almond powder all over the dough.
4. To get the first row, line up the apples in a straight line and cut out the section. Continue until all the dough is all used up.
5. Mix egg yellow and milk and cover each roll with the mixture.
6. If you wish, sprinkle a little extra brown sugar on top of each roll.
7. Bake in the oven for 18 min at 350° F.

Gently fry the garlic (peeled, cut into small cubes which the central seeds were removed from middle) in oil;
- 15 cloves of garlic;
- 4 1/2 cup water (for a good consistency);
- 10 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 cube of chicken bouillon;
- 1/2 baguette cut the day before into cubes or slices 1 cm by 1 cm;
- 1 teaspoon sweet or hot paprika;
- 3-4 oz Serrano ham cut into small cubes of 1 cm;
- 1 egg per person;
- 1 small sprig of thyme;
- 1 bay leaf;
- chorizo;
- 1 egg

In a heavy soup pot, add butter, oil, shallots
- 2 tbsps. butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 shallots or leeks
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans/chickpeas/romano
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 slices ciabatta bread
- olive oil for drizzling
