Cinnamon Rolls

o In a large bowl combine 2 ¼ cup of the flour and the yeast
- 4 ¾ to 5 ½ cups of flour
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ tsp. salt

- ¾ cups brown sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 tbsp. half and half or light cream

• Warm the milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 9 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
Creamy Seafood Dip

Place cheese in crock pot, and turn it on high
- 1 package (8 ounces) pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 can (6 ounces) lump crab meat, drained
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
- 1 round sourdough bread loaf

In large-size bowl, combine apricots and coconut; blend well
- 1 1/2 cups (6-oz. pkg.) dried apricots, ground or finely chopped
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup (1/2) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (or no name brand)
- Icing sugar, optional

CHRISTMAS CARROT PUDDING (Mark's Grandma Anderson's recipe)

Brown Sugar Sauce: Mix sugar and cornstarch thoroughly; add cold water and stir to a thin paste
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup beef suet
- 1 cup stoned raisins
- 1 cup currants
- 1 cup grated raw potatoes
- 1 cup grated raw carrots
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Steam or boil for 3 hours
- Brown Sugar Sauce:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix in large pan (roast pan) Bake slowly at 250 degrees for 2 hours STIR OFTEN NO LID
- 1 lb. peanuts (I always add a lot more - ( maybe 2 lbs.)
- 1 bag of hickory smoked french fry sticks
- 1 box of crispix (or shreddies)
- 1/2 box or sm. box of cheerios
- 1 bag of pretzels (any kind - I usually use the thin straight kind-
- doesn't matter
- (Kathty puts little cheese nibs, or fish in, but my crew didn't
- like them as well)
- 2 cups salad oil (canolla oil - or whatever is the best - safflower
- oil?)
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt (I use way more than that -maybe 4 times more) -
- use your discretion
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. accent

Mix well. Bring to boil stirring constantly
- 2/3 cup minute rice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 cup water - bring to boil in pot,
- cover, and boil gently for 4 min. (til water has evaporated)
- Remove from stove, and add 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 slightly beaten egg yolk.
- Blend. Then add 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon (I
- use more), 1 Tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup (or more) raisins.
PERFECT TUNA CASSEROLE

BAKE at 375 degrees F. about 25 min
- In a 1 qt. casserole, combine 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/2
- cup milk, 7 oz (200 grames) can drained, flaked tuna, 1 cup drained, cooked
- peas, 1 cup crushed potato chips. Garnish with potato chips.
