cook and stir hamburger, onion and garlic in 3-quart saucepan until is light brown; drain

- 1 large onion, (about1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 can (16oz) whole tomatoes (I use diced tomatoes and use 28oz can)
- 2 medium stalks celery, (about 1 cup)
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons chili powder (taste it before you put to much chili powder in it)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce (optional) (I don't use red pepper sauce)
