Orange Crèmesicle Punch

Combine juice and soda in punch bowl
- 2 gallons orange juice
- 3 2 liter bottles cream soda
- 1 gallon orange sherbet
Sweet Potato Dessert Squares

I make this for Thanksgiving or Christmas when I am already baking yams
- 1 package caramel cake mix divided
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 egg beaten
- FILLING:
- 3 cups cold mashed sweet potatoes
- 2/3 cup milk
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- TOPPING:
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wild Rice Salad

In a large bowl mix ingredients together and refrigerate
- 2 packages long grain and wild rice mix cooked with 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms added while cooking the rice
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- ½ cup celery chopped
- 1 green onions chopped
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mayo
Zesty Tuna Spread

With fork, blend all ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
- 1 cup grated Pepper Jack
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 ounce jar pimentos
- ½ tablespoon minced onions flakes
Tortellini Salad

Cook tortellini according to package directions
- 1 package refrigerated tortellini any variety cooked and cooled
- ½ pound fresh broccoli florets
- ½ pound mushrooms sliced
- ¼ cup diced red onions
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ cup shredded Italian cheese
Black Forest Dump Cake

Preheat oven to 350° F
- 2 cans of cherry pie filling
- 1 box of devil’s food cake mix
- 1 cup of sliced almonds
- 1½ sticks of butter
Cheddar Bay Biscuits

- 10 count can biscuits
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
Roast Beef

The taste of this roast is well worth the two days of marinating
- 2.5-3 pound rump roast
- 1 quart beef broth or stock
- 3 ribs of celery diced
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 3 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
Signature Punch

This is the punch that I am famous for at my church
- 46 ounce can pineapple juice
- 2 envelopes unsweetened strawberry kiwi drink mix
- 12 ounce can frozen lemonade
- 85 ounces of water
- 2½ cups of sugar
Piña Colada Gelatin

Use a covered cake carrier designed to fit a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish
- Jell-O Layer
- 3 small packages Piña Colada or Island Pineapple Jell-O
- 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits drained reserve juice
- Pineapple juice with above reserved pineapple juice to make 3 cups
- Pudding Layer
- 2 cups milk
- 2 small boxes Cheesecake flavored instant pudding
- 8 ounce tub soft pineapple flavored cream cheese room temperature
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed
- Top Layer
- 12 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed
