Stir peanut butter into whipped topping
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 8 ounce tub whipping topping thawed.
Guanábana Punch

- 1 gallon Hawaiian Punch® Polar Blast flavored juice cocktail
- ½ cup sweetened Klass® Guanábana soft drink mix
- 12 ounce can of frozen pink lemonade
- 1 quart of water
- ½ cup sugar
Strawberry Banana Punch

In a punch bowl mix all ingredients
- ½ gallon strawberry banana juice cocktail
- 1/3 cup sweetened Klass® Fresa soft drink mix
- 12 ounce can of frozen strawberry juice cocktail
- 2 cups of water
- ¼ cup sugar
Cream Cheese Apple Crisp

Heat oven to 350°F
- TOPPING
- 1½ cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup butter chilled cut up
- APPLES
- 2 cans apple pie filling
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- FILLING
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
Candied Yams

The local culinary high school made this for their Thanksgiving themed luncheon
- 3-4 large yams
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
Minestrone Soup

Over medium-low heat, in a large stock pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion for 5 minutes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery
- ½ cup carrots shredded
- 2 cans vegetable broth
- 2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- ½ of a 10 ounce box of frozen spinach thawed
- 1 zucchini sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup seashell pasta
- Shredded Italian cheese blend for topping

Layered Chicken Salad

Great Dish for a potluck
- 2 heads lettuce torn into pieces
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1½ cups green bell pepper
- 1½ cups diced celery
- 2 cucumbers diced
- 6 cans sliced water chestnuts 8 ounces each
- 1¾ cups raisins or dried cranberries
- Cooked shredded whole chicken
- 1¾ cups chopped nuts
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 1¾ cups chopped green onions green part only
- Dressing:
- 6 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon white vinegar
Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 8 ounce bottle ranch salad dressing
- 2½ ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- ½ cup hot sauce

- 2 gallons pineapple orange juice
- 3 2 liter bottles pineapple orange soda
- 2 quarts each pineapple and orange sherbet
