For all those times that you've got half a jar of pesto sitting in the back of your fridge, here are 10 delicious ways to put it to good use!

If you're into making savory tarts, then pesto is your new best friend!

To make a tomato-pesto tart, simply roll out some puff pastry and spread 2 heaped tablespoons of pesto on top. Carefully arrange thin slices of tomatoes on top, then season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top, and bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
