For a pizza that will take your taste buds to the Greek Isles, try adding the flavors of the Mediterranean. Spread your pizza dough with fresh tomato puree, then top with plenty of sliced onion, black olives, artichoke hearts, sliced tomatoes and feta cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 20 minutes. Tip: For sweet, tender onions, first chop them and sauté in a buttered pan, adding 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. This will caramelize them slightly before you add them to the pizza.
