Here's Why You Shouldn't Wear Underwear To Bed
An American gynecologist has confirmed it: wearing underwear at night is very bad for your lady parts.
Alyssa Dweck made this surprising declaration to the magazine "Shape," and here's her explanation: ""If [the area] is constantly covered—especially by a fabric that's not moisture-wicking or absorbent—moisture collects, [creating the] perfect breeding ground for bacteria or yeast."
So bacteria and infections are more likely to spread if you wear your undies while sleeping.
The solution for those who simply aren't fans of the idea: large cotton underwear (we're talking grandma-style here). Otherwise, do like Marilyn Monroe: a few drops of Chanel N°5 and nothing else...
