Perk up your drinking water

If you're not drinking enough water, it's likely because you forget to stay on top of your consumption throughout the day or you simply don't like the taste of water. But everyone knows that proper water intake helps contribute to weight loss and eliminates toxins from your body, among a whole bunch of other irrefutable benefits. Getting enough water can also help suppress hunger pangs and prevent mindless snacking throughout the day. 

If you want to give regular ol' water a flavor boost, add fresh-cut fruits and fresh herbs like mint or basil. If you're working from home, keep a big pitcher of naturally flavored water in the fridge. At the office, bring a tupperware filled with cut fruits and herbs to flavor your water throughout the day (they also make for a healthy and filling snack!).
