Use a soup ladle to plate your long noodle pastas for a beautiful presentation. Simply twirl the serving of pasta inside your soup ladle, then carefully set it on the plate, using your fingers to slide it off. You can also use a large meat carving fork, twirling the pasta around its tongs and plating horizontally across a flat serving dish.
