8. Use Ground Chuck

If you're going to eat a burger, lean is not the way to go. Ground chuck is the best choice for affordable, delicious burgers, as its slightly fattier than other meat cuts and will yield juicier, more flavorful results. Aim for an 85/15 or 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio.
