Are Frozen Dishes Bad For You?

If you're feeling lazy, or are pushed for time, we understand how tempting it is to grab a frozen meal, but it's worth knowing that they're not the best for your health.

We suggest you read the label carefully, and check out the fat section. Saturated fats are very common in frozen meals, and it's best to avoid hydrogenated oils and/or trans fats. If these fats are eaten often, they can increase the risk of heart disease, and greater the risk of blood vessel disease. So, we're letting you know that homemade food is usually best! Plus, you can freeze that to enjoy at a later date. Make a big batch and you'll always be prepared.
