Watch Out For Sodium

Another problem with supermarket frozen meals is that they're often high in sodium. Fast food producers sometimes add large amounts of salt to their products to give them more flavor - and to make them more addictive.

Frozen meals do often contain much more salt than the recommended daily intake. So be careful, espeically if you have high blood pressure.
