Chia Pudding

Chia seeds can really improve heart health because they're packed with fiber. Fiber helps to reduce cholesterol levels and can promote intestinal health too. Not only that, they're super tasty - particularly so after soaking in almond milk to form a creamy chia pudding.

It's the perfect breakfast that will leave you feeling satisfied and so energized!

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Berries of you choice

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, add the almond milk and sprinkle in the chia seeds.
  2. Stir together and drizzle in the honey and top with the berries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or even better, over night.
  4. Enjoy!
