Drinking coffee is a benefit for our body in many ways.

Spending a relaxing moment over a cup of coffee in the morning before the day starts is no bad thing. Sipping on a mug of the stuff during a little break in the afternoon, or chatting with friends over a latte is good for our mental health. 

Additionally, the vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5 contained in coffee, as well as various antioxidants, are known to be mood enhancers. 

So, if we don't over do it, it seems we're okay, and if those aren't reasons to pour ourselves a cup right away ...
