Pomegranate

Did you know that the phenolic acid contained in a pomegranate is considered to be particularly antioxidant? It's also rich in vitamins and minerals and is said to protect against prostate cancer, lower blood pressure, aid with arthritis and joint pain, and prevent cardiovascular disease. What a miracle fruit!

Just be careful because pomegranate fruit can leave a pesky stain. We suggest cutting the pomegranate into quarters and dunking each quarter into a bowl of cold water. This will relieve the seeds easily, without you having to pick and them and potentially cause any unwanted stains.
