Cranberry Orange Relish

This cranberry orange relish is a standout at any gathering with its balance of tart and sweet. It pairs beautifully with savory mains, makes a great topping for bread or crackers, and even works as a refreshing addition to desserts like cheesecake or yogurt parfaits. Effortless to make and full of flavor, it’s a must-have for your potluck table!

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 large orange, zested and peeled (remove seeds, if any)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the cranberries, orange zest, orange flesh, and sugar. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and well combined. Adjust the sugar to taste if needed.
  2. Transfer the relish to a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Stir the relish before serving and garnish with additional orange zest, if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a bright, tangy side or topping.
