Fettuccine Alfredo

Delicious can be so simple. Fettuccine Alfredo is one of the easiest pasta dishes there is. You only need three ingredients and the meal is ready in 15 minutes. We'll show you step by step how to create this delicious dish!

 

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 lb Fettuccine
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 6 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted water for about 6 minutes until al dente.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add a ladle of pasta water and stir to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Now add the fettuccine to the pan and pour another ladle of cooking water over it. Mix everything well together. Then sprinkle the freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano over it and stir in.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with a glass of white wine. Buon appetito!
