These might be the simplest and most affordable spaghetti you can make in just a few minutes. They're delicious and require only a few ingredients. If you have fresh herbs at home, you can elevate this dish even further.
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 lb spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup olive oil
Herbs (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water until al dente.
Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop or slice them.
In a pan, warm the olive oil with the garlic over low heat for about 3 minutes. Season to taste.
Drain the pasta in a colander, let it drain well, and add it to the pan with the garlic oil. Mix well.
Tip: For those who like it spicy, add some chili to the dish.
