Meat-stuffed pitas: Arayes

This recipe for meat-stuffed pitas is bursting with flavor and not too tricky to make. Make or buy fresh pita bread, and open it delicately. Place a thin layer of stuffing inside, composed of tomato, onion, ground meat, olive oil, parsley and mint. Flatten the pita out, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remember to flip it over halfway through. Enjoy!
