Caramel pear delight

Caramel brings a soft, creamy touch to the pears in this elegant dessert that's simple and quick to make. Start with a crushed graham cracker crust mixed with some melted butter. Encase a small amount in individually sized circular baking rings. Flour the inside of the rings, and add some canned pears—drained, diced and slightly browned—on top of the crust. Then add the creamy layer by mixing 1 1/2 dried gelatin sheets with 2 plain yogurts, 2/3 cup mascarpone cheese and 2 tablespoons liquid caramel. For the finishing touch, add 1 tablespoon salted butter caramel and crushed nuts on top of each cake. Place in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
