How to clean your grill

Cleaning the grill is probably our least favorite task when it comes to grilling out. The trick is to burn away the dirtiness—in other words, take advantage of the grill's heat to clean the part you cook on.

To clean a charcoal grill, set the cooking grate directly onto the embers while they're still hot. Then scrub it with a metal brush.
