Sauteed salmon with tarragon sauce

Sauteed salmon is simple to make, healthy and delicious. Simply place your salmon fillets into a hot buttered skillet to sear them. After 2 minutes, lower the heat and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes more. A creamy tarragon sauce on the side is the perfect accompanying flavor boost.
