No-fail: The classic wrap

Wraps are the perfect canvas for building a satisfying meal. Place your wrap on a plate, spread it with mayonnaise, herbed cream cheese or hummus. Add some lettuce, matchstick veggies, diced avocado, cucumber and tomatoes. Finish with your choice of thinly sliced ham, chopped chicken or diced smoked salmon. Roll it up, fold in the ends, and cover in cling wrap for easy, no-mess transport. For dessert, bring along a few squares of dark chocolate.
