Use as a natural dye

Coffee grounds also work well as natural coloring agents. Pour your grounds through a superfine sieve and let soak in a tray with 1 cup of warm water. Drop your parchment paper in for a few minutes or until you obtain the desired result.  Once dried, you'll have nicely browned parchment paper. You can even use coffee grounds to dye clothing. Boil a large volume of water with the coffee grounds, add the clothing item and soak for 5 minutes. Hang to dry for 15 to 20 minutes, and it'll have taken on a pleasant brown tint.
