Apple tart tatin

For this easy and quick recipe, make a caramel by melting a mixture of sugar and water. Pour the caramel into a pie pan, and add peeled and halved apples on top, smoothing out the surface. Add a pinch of cinnamon and top with a sheet of puff pastry, making a few holes in the crust in order to let steam escape while baking. Cook for 60 minutes at 350 °F.
