Pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin and remove the seeds, then chop into large pieces. Place on an oiled baking sheet, skin side up, and roast in the oven for 1 hour. When cooked, mash the pumpkin and stir in some cream, butter and seasoning. Serve with roast pork or beef.
