Frog legs

In a buttered casserole dish, coat frog legs in flour and add chopped onions. Add Champagne and a bouquet garni, then simmer for a few minutes. Set aside the frog legs, and add egg yolks and cream to the pan. Pour this sauce over the frog legs to serve.
