Pumpkin spaghetti

Cut 1 pound pumpkin into cubes and fry in a pan with 1 blended clove of garlic and 2 finely chopped shallots. Add 1 tin of diced tomatoes and some herbs. Mix in a blender, add some cream, then add the cooked spaghetti and mix through.
