Apple, pumpkin and cranberry cake

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add flour and baking powder. Add melted butter, 1 apple (diced) and 10.5 ounces pumpkin. Pour into a buttered and floured cake pan. Garnish with apple slices and cranberries. Bake for 40 minutes at 340 °F.
