Cut boneless, skinless chicken into cubes, and cook in a skillet until lightly browned but not cooked all the way through. Set aside. Brown finely chopped onions in the same skillet, then add the chicken, the juice of 2 lemons, curry powder, salt, heavy cream and a bit of yogurt. Let simmer on low until heated through and chicken is fully cooked. Season to taste, and serve immediately with white rice or fresh pasta.
