Toasted tortellini with pesto cheese fondue

This is one of those recipes that makes your mouth water just thinking about it. We're talking pockets of beef pasta baked in a crust of pine nuts, Parmesan and panko, then dunked into a fondue of molten Provolone and Fontina cheese with white wine and basil pesto.
