Do you spend 30 minutes making a nice meal and eat it in less than 5? Slow down. Everyone's busy nowadays, but sitting down and savoring your food can be a real stress reliever. If you think you don't have time, ask yourself how much time you spend on social media, TV shows or other leisure activities. If the answer is more than 2 hours per day, you have time to sit down and have at least one proper meal. Some good tips are to chew your food at least 20 times before swallowing, turn off all distractions, eat with others and try to stretch your meals out for at least 20 minutes—the average time your body needs to register fullness.
