Strong bones

Chinese cabbage is rich in both calcium and Vitamin K— both of which are essential to strong and healthy bones and the prevention of bone disorders like osteoporosis. Calcium also supports the functionalities of muscles and nerves, while Vitamin K helps in the blood clotting process, which prevents the risk of hemorrhage.
