Vodka Martini (a.k.a. Kangaroo)

Also known as the classic James Bond cocktail (shaken, not stirred of course!) the Vodka Martini replaces gin with vodka. Add the vodka and dry vermouth to a shaker, and serve with an olive or a twist. It's a great pre-dinner cocktail to open up your appetite.
