Jazz up your turkey with the exotic, sweet flavor of pomegranate seeds. A sure crowd-pleaser! Saute 1 cup finely chopped celery, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and 3/4 cup raisins in a little butter. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups breadcrumbs, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, 1 1/4 cups pomegranate seeds, 1 egg, a sprinkle of finely chopped herbs and 1 stick butter. Mix well. Add the sauteed celery mixture, season with salt and pepper, and stir until combined.
