For an upscale, all-you-can-eat brunch buffet featuring loads of fresh seafood and breakfast faves, head to the Rusty Scupper in Baltimore. It's a jazzy brunch in a beautiful waterfront setting, and although it's a bit on the pricy side ($44 per adult, $16 per child), it's the kind of thing you don't get to do very often, which makes it worth it.
