For some of the best Cajun-style seafood outside of New Orleans, The Angry Crab in Chicago has garnered somewhat of a cult following. You get a "bib" (you're going to need it), and you can order your food by the pound and heat level. The spicy shellfish are served in plastic bags (don't be alarmed), and just so you know, it's BYOB. Overall, it's a fun, messy, delicious experience to try.
