PREPARATION OF THE SAUCE

The best practice is to prepare the sauce while the pasta is cooking. To give even more flavor to your dish, cook the pasta with the sauce for about a minute. You can also add a bit of the cooking water, as the starch can give the sauce a better consistency. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a pat of butter, and a little parmesan cheese and stir everything well. You'll now see that your pasta is much creamier.
