Croutons

There is an unlimited number of store bought croutons out there: garlic, cheese, plain, herbs...you can even mix and match them to create your own unique blend.

Or you can go the homemade route and make them yourself, using your favorite spices and flavors.

You can even use soup to recycle old bread: if you've got some hard bread lying around, simply dunk it into your soup for a few seconds to soften it up. It'll give a nice hearty feel to your soup.
