OddLY Shaped Japanese Fruit
In Japan, fruits are considered a luxury item, and their price range is generally much higher than in any other country in the world. What's more, the Japanese have managed to raise the prices further by covering each fruit with a special type of mould that causes the fruit to take on its shape when it grows. Japan’s most popular creations include square or heart-shaped watermelons, square apples and Buddha pears. Many of these fruits are sold in auctions, but you can find the most common ones in the supermarket, sometimes for hundreds of dollars.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
