A DECISION TO CHANGE

It wasn't until she started to develop symptoms of pre-diabetes that Franny decided to take her health back into her hands. In January 2016, she made a New Year's resolution to start losing weight and stuck with it! She began with a radical overhaul to her eating habits, drastically cutting down on calories and putting herself on a low-carb diet. She also switched out the juices and soft drinks for water, and soon saw her body begin to change for the better.
