Easy ways to bypass tedious food prep include buying pre-cut or pre-sliced veggies, using a mixer to quickly mince ingredients, and investing in an instant pot so you can speed up the cooking process for meals that usually take much longer to make. Use what's available to you, and you shouldn't have to resort to processed foods and pre-cooked anything.
