Store Your Leftovers Properly

Sometimes the best part of a restaurant meal is eating the leftovers the next day, but just be sure to do it safely. Especially when it's warm outside, it's important to go straight home and put your doggy bag in the fridge. If your takeaway box sits in your warm car for an hour or more, that food is no longer safe to eat. Properly refrigerated, you can enjoy your leftover food for up to four days—after you've heated it up to an internal temperature of 165 degrees!
